Would you ever buy something that is broken? My guess is no. So why should you expect someone especially when buying their new home. I had a listing client ask me the other day ”should I have my house inspected?” My answer was yes, better to find out now the condition of the product/house you’re selling rather then finding out later. You’re all excited you have a contract but the buyer now has the home inspected and issues that could have been fixed now come out. So spend the money have your home inspected rather than wait.
